There are many ways that you can be of service to our organization. You can donate items or you can donate money so that we can buy the items that we need. Either way is an enormous help to us in our mission to help alleviate the suffering we witness every day in our beloved city.
Frequently asked questions
I want to donate for care packages. Where do you suggest I buy items?
The Dollar Tree and 99 Cent Store places we go most of the time. They have everything from flip flops, and snacks to blankets and first aid kits.
I have clothes to donate but can't get to you. Do you pick up?
We are in Bellflower, California. If you aren’t too far from us, or in an area that is close to one of our volunteers, then yes, we can arrange for a pick up.
I know someone who can donate food. How do we set that up?
If you know someone who would like to be a sponsor for meals, reach out and we will place the order a few weeks before our outreach. Then we will come pick up the food the morning of our outreach and take it to LA.
Do you take donations for Pets?
Yes! Many of the homeless have animals with them for companionship and safety. We do take donations of dry pet food.
How many care packages do you make for each outreach?
Depending on the season, it ranges between 500 and 1000.
What if I want to help buy I'm in another state?
You can still help greatly by donating money to our Charity Go Fund Me. No amount is too small.
Do I have to buy 500 of one item?
No, if we need 500 flip flops for example, you can donate 50 or whatever you can. Then we would only need 450. Every bit helps.
